We are thrilled to welcome Paul Sobon – winemaker and owner of the prestigious Sobon Estates Winery located in the beautiful California Shenandoah Valley. Dave will join Paul for an evening of his families award winning wines paired with Five Courses of spectacular food for a truly remarkable evening. Between Dave and Paul and their knowledge and passion for wines they will provide an intimate and educated evening.
